This month we are pleased to announce our comprehensive Intelligent Member Engagement solution for credit unions, participation in several credit union events, and the hiring of an experienced credit union account executive.
Intelligent Member Engagement Solution
Building upon our BankSight R7 release, we added a major update to our pre-built integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Service.
Our joint Microsoft/BankSight solution automatically routes Web, email campaign, phone and other leads sourced and nurtured in Dynamics 365 Marketing to the right service teams and relationship owners for sales and service follow-up using intuitive BankSight lead and referral management.
BankSight’s integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service enables team-based service delivery by allowing member service representatives, small business lenders and wealth advisors to initiate service requests in BankSight and track their progress and closure by service representatives and agents using Dynamics Service.
These new capabilities are fully operational and integrated with the Microsoft Modern Workplace, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Office) as well as LinkedIn.
Microsoft Power BI interactive analytics provides sales, marketing and service executives with a credit union-wide activity pipeline combining campaign-generated leads with those from other sources including BankSight’s AI-driven recommendations and events. Our industry-leading integrations with core banking and loan origination systems also tracks each member lead through to account opening and funding, delivering complete and timely insights on Marketing ROI.
Credit unions can now focus on creating and delivering consistent, meaningful communications to their members without having to integrate disjointed marketing, sales and service systems.
Credit Union Events
We participated on November 14th in the Credit Union Tech Forum in La Jolla, CA with over 20 credit unions attending, and BankSight is pleased to present and participate in the at the Venture Tech Credit Union Forum (https://myventuretech.com/) at Alkami HQ in Plano, Texas on November 27th.
In addition, Angie Strunk joined BankSight this month as a regional sales director for the Western U.S. and Canada. Angie’s background includes over 12 years working in the community banking and credit union sectors in operations and marketing, including leadership roles at North Coast Credit Union, Mountain Gem Credit Union, as well as most recently in account management roles with Kasasa and Fiserv.
