SAN FRANCISCO, MAY 15, 2019 – BankSight Systems, a leading Customer Engagement and Insights Platform for Commercial and Retail Banking, has been named a Cool Vendor in the Cool Vendor in AI for Banking and Investment Services report by technology firm, Gartner, Inc.

The report focuses on highlighting new, interesting, and innovative vendors, products, and services. As stated in the report, “Banks are looking at ways to improve customer experience via usage of the artificial intelligence suite of technologies. We identify emerging vendors using AI-based technologies for banking and investment services that technology and service providers seeking to develop tools should watch.”

Stessa Cohen, Senior Director Analyst at Gartner, as a report author along with Moutusi Sau, Erick Brethenoux, Saniye Alaybeyi, Naresh Singh, wrote, “In terms of artificial intelligence (AI) digital maturity, banks are starting to ramp up their adoption rate, which is at 37 percent, higher than in earlier years… Use cases include customer onboarding, personalized banking, automated customer service, personalized marketing experience and customer feedback.”
