BankSight Customer Engagement and Insights adds fuel to Bottomline Digital Banking IQ
We are thrilled to announce today that BankSight has closed our combination with Bottomline Technologies, a worldwide leader in business payments and digital banking cloud solutions. When we started BankSight 3 ½ years ago, we set out to give bankers valuable and timely insights needed to help them improve their customers’ financial well-being and business performance. We also felt regional and community banks, and credit unions, could benefit greatly from a customer engagement cloud solution tailored specifically for commercial and retail banking, and wealth management.
In combining with Bottomline Technologies, BankSight has a terrific opportunity to propagate our technology to hundreds of leading banks in North America and worldwide and to thereby meet our founding mission. Bottomline provides us with the sales, marketing, engineering and consulting scale required to excel in the financial services industry.
For Bottomline we bring a powerful, scalable and purpose-built insights and intelligence engine, and a banking-specific customer engagement and relationship management application built on the Microsoft Azure Cloud to help fuel Bottomline’s Digital Banking IQ Platform. We also bring a committed and tremendously talented banking and cloud technology team.
